Tuition is automatically processed on the 1st of every month. There will be a $10 late fee posted to your account for every 7 days that your payment is past due.

Refund Policy
There are no refunds on tuition, performance, or costume fees.
General Information
-Follow dress code for each class.
-Bring a water bottle to every rehearsal.
-Missed dress rehearsals may result in student not being able to perform.
-Accounts need to be in good standing before costumes will be provided.
-Please make sure all personal items are clearly marked with student’s name (water bottles, bags, clothing, jazz shoes, etc…)
Please make sure we have all correct contact info (email, phone number) and read ALL messages we send to you.
Our main form of communication will be in the BAND App. You must have the BAND app and be in the BAND group for each class your student is in and check BAND posts regularly. We cannot be held responsible for any information you miss due to not checking BAND.
