the Strength & stretch class will focus on working muscles that are used the most by dancers. Upper & lower body mobility are absolutely key for a seamless performance.

Students will learn basic stretches and strengthening exercises to help improve overall flexibility & mobility to live a healthy lifestyle!

MONDAYS: 8pm - 8:30pm

Nichole Fort

Nichole's passion for dance began just at the tender age of 4, leading her to join a dance company at the age of 8 and go on to compete in National Dance all through high school, college, and in her adult life. Nichole is a professional with more than 10+ years of experience who is highly motivated and passionate in helping others achieve their dreams!
